*Please note, a minimum of 1 hour OR $100 in services is required to accommodate an appointment.

If you are beyond 15km of our location, a $5 travel fee will be asked so we can add more magic to your doorstep!

Reservations

DEPOSIT

We require a non-refundable deposit of $20.00 that will be deducted from the total amount of your appointment. Our online booking system makes this process effortless and automated. Simply select your desired services, and upon confirmation, you'll be prompted to make your deposit securely.

CANCELLATIONS

Any changes or cancellations where 24hrs notice was NOT given, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment amount. This cancellation fee will need to be submitted before any new bookings are accepted. Cancellation fees will not be deducted from the total amount of your next appointment.

Note: *If your cancellation is made with a minimum of 24 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within 30 days.
